Meet Stephen.

Stephen Frost is the founder and CEO of Frosted Creative, a digital marketing services business dedicated to empowering creators and brands to focus on what they love most—creating.

With nearly a decade of experience as a digital marketer, Stephen has developed a passion for leading teams and making a positive impact by helping artists and talent tell their stories. His services include crafting tailored marketing strategies, managing social media channels, editing videos, and designing graphic assets. Under his leadership, Stephen has grown multiple TikTok accounts to over 100K followers, doubled Instagram follower counts from 15K to 35K, and generated millions of views on self-created Reels and TikToks.

Before launching Frosted Creative, Stephen served as the comedy news editor and on the marketing team at 800 Pound Gorilla Media. There, he facilitated social media campaigns for comedy specials and led a team of writers covering the latest in comedy news (click here to explore some of his top writing samples). Previously, as Social Media Manager for the indie label Easy Eye Sound, founded by Grammy Award-winning producer Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys, Stephen managed social media campaigns for releases with legendary artists like Hank Williams Jr. and Son House. He also spearheaded efforts to grow Robert Finley’s TikTok following to over 124K within seven months.

During his time at Belmont University, Stephen honed his marketing skills through internships with industry giants including Triple 8 Management, Vector Management, Universal Music Group, CMA, and Foundations Music.

When not managing social media accounts or strategizing for clients, Stephen can be found crate digging at local record stores, hitting the gym, attending and serving at his home church, Nashville Life Church, catching a movie, or immersing himself in Nashville’s vibrant music scene.
